Festival of Shopping Marquee Application

Please note if you intend to sell any food item the produce must be intended to be taken away to be consumed. Fast food and food to be consumed on the showground is NOT ALLOWED.

• Only crafts stipulated on the booking form will be permitted on the stall.
• Preference will be given to exhibitors who book tables for both days.
• There is a charge of £35 per day for 1 x 6ft table, or £70 per table for 2 days for non-food traders.
• There is a charge of £40 per day for 1 x 6ft table, or £80 per table for 2 days, for food traders.
• All Goods Left in the Marquee at Owners Risk
• The Society will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any person at or in connection with the show.
• This form is non-transferable.
• Exhibitors must provide a copy of their public liability insurance with their application.
• A MAXIMUM OF TWO WRISTBANDS WILL BE SENT PER APPLICATION PER DAY.
• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY REFUNDS BE ISSUED AFTER 31 JULY AS PASSES ARE SENT OUT IN AUGUST
• ONE PARKING PASS PER BOOKING WILL BE SUPPLIED
• TRADERS CAN SET UP FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM 4-7PM BUT ANY GOODS LEFT ARE LEFT AT YOUR OWN RISK
• SET UP IS FROM 7.30AM EACH MORNING OF THE SHOW AND YOU MUST BE READY TO TRADE BY 9AM AND UNTIL 5PM
• NO TRADER SHOULD CLOSE THEIR STAND BEFORE 5PM
• TABLES AND CHAIRS MUST NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE MARQUEE.
• ALL CARS PARKED AT OWNERS RISK and NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE MARQUEE AT ANY TIME.
