Welcome to Stanhope Show

Stanhope Agricultural Society was formed in 1834, there has been a show held in Stanhope every year since with the exception of the war years and during the Foot & Mouth outbreak.

The 2009 show held on Sat 12th and Sun 13th September will be the 168th.

The show is held on the second weekend of September and the primary focus is the exhibition of local sheep, cattle and industrial produce, show jumping, horse and pony classes.
